Custom WordPress Website for St. Louis & Illinois Window & Door Company

Visual Lure just helped Wilke Window & Door launch a new custom WordPress website. Wilke is a window and door company with showrooms in Shiloh, IL, Fenton, MO and St. Charles, MO. They serve the entire St. Louis Metropolitan area and all of Southern Illinois. In addition to windows and doors, they also carry columns, copper roofs, cupolas, fire place mantels, locksets, shutters & siding, skylights, staircase railing and trim & mouldings. They’ve been in business for over 50 years with a simple business model based on offering high quality products and treating customers right (our favorite types of business to work with).

The new website was built in WordPress using a fully custom designed theme. WordPress will allow Wilke to edit and maintain the entire website in-house (with less than a couple hours of training). The site is responsive, rendering beautifully on all types of devices, which provides for a great user experience. It also features a sliding Request a Quote form, a custom testimonials widget, an accordian showroom contact section and more. In addition to web design and development, we also provided search engine optimization (SEO) services.

WordPress Website for St. Louis Drug Delivery Solutions Manufacturer

PD Holdings is a global leader in the fields of manufacturing and developing drug delivery solutions for pharmaceutical, OTC, nutritional, and animal & food companies. They are headquartered in St. Louis, MO with an additional facility in Seymour, Indiana.

PD Holdings recently contracted Visual Lure to design and develop a new fully custom responsive WordPress website. They requested that the new website be user-friendly and that it look “clean and corporate”. We provided them with two initial home page layouts, one that was more modern and contemporary, and the other which used a more traditional layout. Below is a sneak peek of the initial two home page options along with the template page of the selected design.

Visual Lure will also be providing search engine optimization services along with coordinating copywriting, photography and videography services.

Web Design for a Denver, Colorado Chiropractor’s Office

Visual Lure recently completed this new website home page design for Chiropractic Solutions of Denver, a Colorado chiropractic practice that provides sports medicine, acupuncture, physical therapy and massage services. Their current website has an extremely high bounce rate and a very low click through rate due to its generic look and lack of call-to-actions. The new design features a strong message, “We can make you FEEL BETTER!”, which is essentially what all their services are focused towards. We also decided to showcase their Google Reviews because they have over 25 all of which have 5 star ratings. A new patient special was also added to entice users to schedule an appointment online.

Note: We were contracted to do the design only on this project as another company will be doing the development. The new website will be developed in WordPress by a Colorado based WordPress developer.

Swingforehope.org Launches New WordPress Website

SwingForeHope.org has officially launched! The new website was suppose to launch before their tournament on June 16th of this year but the company that purchased and controlled their domain name was unresponsive until just yesterday. The lesson here is DO NOT have the web design company working on your website, or anyone else for that matter, purchase or control your domain name! Make sure you purchase it yourself. That way you always have complete control over it.

The new website was built in WordPress. It was developed using a custom designed theme. It is fully responsive, making it easy to view and read on any type of device including desktop computers, tablets and smart phones. The site allows users to make donations and pay for the golf tournament and sponsorships. All donations are directly deposited into their PayPal account through the website.

Swing Fore Hope is a non-for-profit organization based out of Edwardsville, IL with a vision to help end breast cancer. This non-for-profit has two missions. One, to raise money for breast cancer research, and two, to help support local families facing financial difficulties as a result of this horrible disease.

Custom WordPress Website Design for a St. Louis Metro East Technology and Communications Contractor

C5T Corporation is a woman and service disabled-veteran owned small business based out of Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. C5T stands for Command & Control, Communications, Computers, and Capabilities Transformation. The majority of their work is government contracted in the fields of information technology and communications with a focus on Department of Defense, military and civil aviation. Most of their staff is made up of U.S. veterans with years of defense department and civil aviation experience as military, civilian, and contractors. C5T wanted the new website to emphasize their patriotism by using red, white and blue and the American flag in the design.

The new website was developed in WordPress with a custom designed theme. The new theme is responsive, rendering beautifully on desktop computers, tablets and smart phones. It also features an easy to update home page slideshow, multiple easy to maintain widgets including a sub menu widget that automatically populates the sub-page navigation into the sidebar. This makes the site easier to scale as they plan on adding most of the new content themselves. We also updated their logo, staying true to the original, but making it more usable and easier to reproduce. In addition to the website and logo upgrade; we designed C5T a new tri-fold brochure that complements the new site.

Logo and Website Re-Design for Cleveland Photography Studio

Visual Lure recently completed a new logo and custom WordPress website for Todd Anguish Photography. Todd is a talented wedding, high school senior portrait and family photographer based out of Cleveland, Ohio. We had the pleasure of meeting Todd at Shutterfest this year, where I spoke about logos & branding and websites & search engine optimization (SEO). At the time, we had just started working on Todd’s new logo.

The new website was developed in WordPress and features a custom designed theme, masonry style portfolios and a responsive design. The responsive design makes the website render beautifully on all devices and is crucial for an overall great user experience. We also provided SEO services which helped the site rank very well right out of the gates. We are still working on it, but be on the lookout for www.toddanguishphotography.com on the first page of Google soon.

The new website we built for Leonardo Volturo Photography has officially launched. Leonardo Volturo Photography is a high-end Miami based engagement and wedding photography and videography studio that serves all of Southern Florida. The new site was built in WordPress and features a fully custom theme built from scratch, masonry style portfolios, and an infinite scrolling blog with hard coded custom social media share buttons. Visual Lure will also be providing ongoing search engine optimization (SEO) services.
