Website Design for Chicago Suburb Pest Control Company

Visual Lure, in collaboration with Chicago’s Dragon Internet Marketing, is in the process of designing a new website for Fox Valley Environmental Pest Control.  Fox Valley Environmental Pest Control is an environmentally friendly, family owned and customer service oriented pest control company that services Kane, Du Page, Cook and numerous other Chicago counties.  They specialize in the extermination of ants, bees, wasp, rodents and any other bug or pest.

The new website will be developed using a fully custom, search engine optimized and responsive designed WordPress theme.  Below is our proposed home page design. Check back soon for updates and the official launch.

Behindtheshutter.com WordPress Web Design Sneak Peek

Visual Lure is currently working on an all new Behind The Shutter website for Salvatore Cincotta. Behind the Shutter is a free online photography training and educational website and home of the free online Shutter Magazine. This will be the third version we have designed for them.  The new website will once again be built in WordPress, but this time with a custom responsive WordPress theme.

Responsive web design, a relatively new way to design websites, uses one website/content source but displays it differently depending on what type of device you are viewing the site from.  Therefore, no need for a second mobile friendly website. This is all done through cascading styling sheets (CSS).  Having a responsive site has also become an important ranking factor for SEO as Google, and other search engines, view it as being the best practice for an optimal viewing experience.

Website Design for WordPress Inventory Plugin

Visual Lure recently completed this “design only” project for a Colorado based programming/web development company.  The website is for a WordPress inventory plugin that acts like a shopping cart, but without the e-commerce functionality. We were simply contracted to design and layout three main pages and they would take it from there.  Here are those pages:

Logo & WordPress Website Design for Jonathan’s Portraits

Jonathan’s Portraits came to Visual Lure for a complete branding overhaul, including: logo design, a fully-custom search engine optimized WordPress website and some additional graphic design work. They are a Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI based photography studio specializing in family photography, high school seniors and glamour photography. The new website has been setup and will be launching very soon.

Below are some of the initial logo design options we provided along with the final logos.  The final logo design features a monogram where the letter J morphs into the letter P. Underneath the logos, are some of the main pages in the new WordPress website.  We will update this blog post when the new website goes live.

Custom WordPress Web Design for San Diego Photography Company

Visual Lure was recently contracted to help rebrand Holly Ireland Photography, a photography company based out of San Diego, California specializing in weddings, families, and high school seniors. We recently completed their new logo, and have began working on their new website design. The new website will be built in WordPress using a custom designed theme.  The new theme will be fast loading, easy to maintain and search engine optimized. Custom WordPress Website Design for Chicago, IL Law Firm

Visual Lure was recently contracted to design a new custom WordPress website for Mitchell Law Group, a Chicago Illinois law firm with offices in Joliet and Wheaton, Illinois. Their practice areas include, but are not limited to: bankruptcy law, foreclosure defense, criminal law, family law and traffic violations.

Visual Lure will also be providing search engine optimization (SEO) services to ensure a high ranking website within their target market and for their targeted search terms. Below is the newly designed home page along with another inside sample page. Check back soon for the official launch.

Justen Hong of Visual Lure recently wrote an article in the March 2013 issue of Shutter Magazine entitled “Make the Most of Your Website“.  To read it, all you need to do is sign up for the magazine, it’s all online and it’s FREE!

Shutter Magazine is an educational magazine for professional photographers that is a true multi-media experience merging print, video, and audio. It features tips on photography techniques, but more importantly tips on how to run a successful photography business. Its contributors are a list of who’s who in the photography industry including: Salvatore Cincotta, Skip Cohen, Michael Corsentino, Dave Cross, Vanessa Joy, Justin & Mary Marantz, Lori Nordstrom, Blair Phillips, and Jen Rozenbaum just to name a few.
