Signage & Environmental Graphics for New Artur Express Headquarters

Visual Lure had the pleasure of designing all the signage and environmental graphics for the new Artur Express headquarters in Hazelwood, Missouri. Artur is a longtime client and one of the fastest growing logistics/transportation companies in the United States (recently making Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Private Companies for 2020, ranking no. 4,419 with three-year revenue growth of 73%).

Visual Lure designed all the signage and Designery of St. Louis fabricated and installed it. We also designed the vinyl and glass graphics which were installed by Artur’s in-house vinyl team. See all the photos of their new HQ below (photography by Visual Lure).

The Welcome Sign

Since Artur Express is a logistics/transportation company, Visual Lure thought what better way to welcome visitors to their new headquarters than with a Welcome Highway Sign. We came up with this concept and installation direction.

…we then carried this theme throughout the building with directional signage – adding a custom Interstate Artur Badge. See more samples below:

The Trailer Wall:

We made one of their main focus/high traffic walls look like one of Artur’s actual semi trailers:

Glass Vinyl Graphics:

The new headquarters has multiple meeting rooms so they named them all after large U.S. cities. For semi-privacy, and identifying the names, we designed vinyl for all the glass walls.

6 Visual Lure Logos Selected for LogoLounge 12

With these logos, our total number of winning marks in LogoLounge books is 43 – in 9 different publications. Entries for this book included 43,000 submissions from over 60 countries worldwide. 3,000 were selected for the new book with 731 winning logo designers. To say we are honored is an understatement as LogoLounge is without a doubt the WORLD’S GREATEST logo library and one of the most prestigious logo publication around.

Logo Upgrade & Website for Riechers Truck Bodies

Visual Lure recently updated RIECHERS TRUCK BODIES’ logo and built them a new custom WordPress Website

Like so many companies, RIECHERS TRUCK BODIES was using multiple versions of a logo, each different. Different fonts, slightly different colors, etc. We cleaned up their existing logo – adjusting the spacing, making it easier to read, removed “& Equipment” allowing more room for “TRUCK BODIES”, and provided multiple options for one color uses.

In addition to the logo update, we also redesigned their mudflaps and the sticker that they add to every build. Everything now ties together better and looks more cohesive.

In addition to design, Visual Lure coordinated and art directed a professional photo shoot with the talented Matt Marcinkowski, a premier St. Louis metro east commercial photographer. Below are a handful of his deliverables.

Custom WordPress Web Design & Development

To finish this project, Visual Lure designed and developed RIECHERS a new custom WordPress website. The site is fully responsive rendering beautifully on any device, and features a sticky header for convenient navigation, custom post types for their product lines, and an easy to manage store locator.

New Website & Brochure Design for St. Louis Metro East Apartment Complex

New Custom WordPress Website

Visual Lure recently launched a new custom WordPress website for Tamarack Woods Apartments, a luxury apartment complex located in Shiloh, Illinois bordering O’Fallon. The complex is extremely well maintained and managed, and is located right next to Target, Dierbergs, tons of restaurants, and both new Memorial and St. Elizabeth’s hospitals. Interstate 64 access is a mile away, and its proximity to Scott Air Force Base make this a highly desired location – plus they offer military and hospital employee discounts.

New Accordion Brochure Design

In addition to the design and development of the website, Visual Lure also designed a new accordion brochure for the apartments. The new brochure complements the design of the website and features photography captured by Visual Lure. We also designed the original logo.

Visual Lure Honored with 6 Logos in LogoLounge 11

It is with great honor that we announce six of our logos were selected for the LogoLounge 11 book.  No matter how many times it happens, there is nothing better than getting that “CONGRATULATIONS, YOU’VE MADE IT INTO LOGOLOUNGE BOOK” email.

This year, nearly 35,000 logos were submitted for this edition, making this one of LogoLounge’s largest competitions yet. Out of those, the incredible jurors chose 2,500 winning logos. Six of those logos were ours (shown below).

Our Winning Logos:

The Visual Crave: A logo designed for a social media platform. The logo features three dimensional candy letters integrated into a VC monogram.

A&B Farm: A crest for a Farmington, Missouri farm. Logo features the owner’s Brittany Spaniel, ornate lettering, and a pair of antlers.

Bear River Brewing Icon: Logo icon for a craft beer brewer – featuring a silhouette of a grizzly bear standing in a river. Visual Lure was also responsible for naming.

Especially Me: An ornate seal/crest for a professional photography studio.

Bear River Brewing Seal: Logo seal featuring a bear rowing a canoe down a river with his huge bottle of beer – hence bear river brewing. Also features a palm tree representing the location of the brewer – Tampa, Florida.

Mightier Copywriting: Proposed name and logo for a professional copywriter. Logomark features a pen breaking a sword inspired by the famous quote “the pen in mightier than the sword”.
