We are working on a new website for a St. Louis/St. Charles/St. Peters, MO auto performance company that specializes in making cars & trucks faster and more “bad ass”.ย  Some of their services include: Dyno testing, diesel performance, lift kits, Nitrous, superchargers, turbo systems and wheel & tires. We are still in the process of working on the new website, but as usual, here is a sneak peek at our proposed home page design.ย  Check back soon for the launch of the new site.

Logo Design for St. Louis Area Photography Company

Visual Lure was recently contracted to design a logo for a St. Louis Metro East photography company.ย  During our initial design consultation they asked for some type of hand scripted font. With this direction, we came up with the logo on the left.ย  We believe it is unique, personable and friendly, which we feel is perfect for a photography business.ย  This was the final logo they ended up going with.ย  The “nine flashes” logo on the right was another option we came up with while brainstorming/sketching.ย  It was not chosen, but we figured we’d show it anyway, for those who like to see some of our other solutions.

Brochure Design for St. Louis Clean Air Organization

Here is a brochure we designed for the St. Louis Regional Clean Air Partnership (SLRCAP).ย  It provides information and tips to help St. Louis improve its air quality.ย  St. Louis’ air quality forecasts resume in May, so Do Your Share for Cleaner Air!ย  Visit www.cleanair-stlouis.com to learn what you can do to make a difference. Harper Design’s Big Book of Packaging Arrives

We finally received the Big Book of Packaging (from Amazon.com) that features our Intercon Chemical packaging design.ย  What a great book, very diverse selections, a section specifically for eco-friendly packaging and submissions from all over the World.ย  On the spread where we are featured, there is work from Taipei, Taiwan, Province of China; Prishtina, Kosova, Albania and Melbourne, Australia.ย  Here are a couple snapshots of the book:

Website Design for St. Louis Metro East Preschool

Visual Lure was recently contracted to design a website for a new preschool coming to O’Fallon, Illinois.ย  The new preschool will be called The Good Shephard Preschool and will be affiliated with O’Fallon’s St. Clare School.ย  It will be located in the new Fellowship Centers at St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church. Below is our proposed home page design. Check back soon for the new website.ย  Update: The new website has gone live and can be viewed at www.gspreschoolofallon.com.

Pro Bono Invitation Design for the American Cancer Society

We recently donated some of our time to help out the American Cancer Society (Florida’s Southeast Hillsborough Unit) by designing the invitations for their upcoming Evening With The Stars Gala.ย  The Gala will have an “Old Hollywood” theme this year, so we decided to design the invitations to look like vintage movie tickets. We were glad to help, and we hope the event raises tons of money for such a great cause.
