State Construction Website
State Construction is a St. Louis Metro East residential home builder based in O’Fallon, Illinois with a reputation for building high-quality homes. They have a completely transparent online construction process to make sure customers are never surprised with the cost of their homes. In addition to their five main home models, they can also build any type of custom home. At the moment they have three O’Fallon, IL subdivisions to choose from, including: Bethel Ridge Farms, Cobblestone Ridge and The Estates at Hearthstone.
State Construction’s new website was built in WordPress utilizing a fully custom, responsive (mobile, tablet & desktop friendly), search engine optimized theme. It features three custom templates including one for the home page, one for the subdivisions section and one for the model homes section. It also uses multiple sliders, masonry style photo galleries, and a custom testimonials widget.

BROCHURE DESIGN
In addition to developing the website, Visual Lure also designed and coordinated printing for State’s 28 page company brochure. The design complements the new website, and features all their home models, current subdivision developments, custom homes, and standard features.
